Delivery information

Where we deliver

We deliver physical educational resources to addresses across the UK. This includes Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or anywhere else outside the UK at present.

Delivery charges and times

• We send physical orders by Royal Mail standard parcel, first class or second class. The charge follows Royal Mail's standard parcel prices for the size and weight of your order, and is shown at checkout before you pay. [Confirm how the Wix shipping rates are set.]
• We dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days of payment. After dispatch, Royal Mail aims to deliver first class in 1 to 2 working days and second class in 2 to 3 working days.
• We do not offer free delivery.
• The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Digital downloads

Download links are emailed as soon as payment is complete. No postage is needed. If you have not had the email within an hour, check your junk folder and then contact us.

Tracking, delays and problems

• Where the service provides tracking, we will email you the details.
• If a parcel is late, damaged or lost, email elif@hacketteducationalresources.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
• If a parcel arrives damaged, is lost in delivery or is missing items, tell us within [14] days and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Private tuition

Tuition is delivered in person, at the child's home or an agreed external facility, in the London boroughs of Camden, Westminster, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea and Hackney.
